Advantage SA
Advantage SA (formerly SA Great) is an influential membership-based organisation that uniquely connects with the South Australian Government, media and businesses enhancing confidence and pride in the State.
Having recently undertaken a major rebranding, Advantage SA engaged Lithe to build a new website that could provide greater benefits to members through enhanced functionality such as an event management system that would allow members to book and pay for functions, networking and other events online.
With a short six-week deadline, we carried out an extensive and thorough exploration phase to ensure that the user experience was optimized, and developed the following features:
- Centralised membership database management
- Updates central database as well as other external 3rd party applications inc. Email Management System (EMS) and an Event management System
- Online searchable membership directory structure to give varying levels of SEO benefits to members based on level of membership
- Integration of numerous 3rd party services including Mailchimp (EMS) and Eventbrite (Event management).
Over the course of this project, Lithe also provided the following services:
- Conversion of creative into valid XHTML
- Design integration
- CMS integration
- Development of custom features
- Page level SEO and search engine registration
- Training
- Maintenance and support.
The site implementation was highly successful due to the use of an effective system and integration of MailChimp and EventBrite 3rd party applications. We are proud of what we achieved, as Advantage SA is the flag carrier for businesses in South Australia, and there has already been a large amount of positive feedback on how intuitive and user friendly the website is to use and administrate.
Implementing EventBrite into the new website also enhanced Advantage SA’s Search Ranking and social networking exposure, gave them access to a fully featured event management system, and saved them a great deal of money and time on implementation.
